Mr. Hon Yew Chan is currently the Chief Business Development Director of Nirvana Asia Group, and has more than 20 years of sales experience. He led a team that achieved an annual sales revenue of more than RM100 million in his previous track record.
Since the beginning of 2015, the sales team of Nirvana Group in North Malaysia (Champion Category) under his leadership has been constantly hitting an annual sales revenue of above RM40 million. In May 2018, he was entrusted by Nirvana Asia Group to lead the business development of Nirvana Memorial Park in Bangkok.
Due to his remarkable experience and achievement, Mr. Hon was officially invited to become the Chief Marketing Officer of AG Asia Group Berhad in 2022.
Mr. Thean Voon Keat holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Central Oklahoma in applied math, minor actuarial science and insurance. He also studied MBA from Edith Cowan University.
Mr. Thean has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, advertising, media, and asset management. He also has experienced in managing various companies including retails industry, micro financing, media industry, capital management and block chain payment solution.
Mr. Thean was also Deputy General Manager for Nirvana Group, and also Hong Kong and China country head of Nirvana Asia Group, where he has built strong relationship in Hong Kong and China.
Dato’ Sri Dr. Sze Man Pan, a Hong Kong national origin from Suzhou China, migrated to Malaysia in 2014. He graduated from a Hong Kong university and later obtained a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Wilmington Metropolitan University of the United States of America.
He is an expert in investment strategy, and is actively involved in various investments in Malaysia and across the Asia Pacific. His investment portfolios comprise of hospitality industry, food and beverage, property development projects, migration to various countries, study and employment services, foreign exchange, telecommunication, geomancy and education services.
He is currently the Founder and Chairman of Yu On Global Asset Management Sdn Bhd, the CEO of TXJ Transmeta Culture Sdn Bhd in Malaysia,
Dato’ Sri Leong Jia Jie has more than 12 years of experience in sales and marketing in different kinds of industries in Malaysia. With his extensive experience in sales and marketing, he successfully led a team in developing innovative marketing strategies, which resulted in an RM100 million sales performance. He was presented with many different awards in Asia, such as Asia Honesty Entrepreneur Award, Asia Honesty Enterprise Award and Asia 100 Top Brands Honesty Award.
Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Natural Points Marketing Sdn Bhd and has onboarded and trained more than 2000 agents, who have all made significant contributions to the company. Thus, he managed to increase his company’s turnover drastically to RM9 million per year. With over 7 years of business experience in devising and delivering complex marketing strategies for his own business ventures, he acquired expert knowledge in all channels of marketing which enabled him to explore all avenues in the pursuit of attracting the target market through a holistic approach.
